Description
Apartment Nicol, is a modern, bright, very comfortable apartment with views. For 3 people in Puerto de Pollensa. It is located 100 meters from the beach where you can see it from the balcony of the property. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The apartment has a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy breakfast and stays, with small views of the beach, inside it has a living room, dining room and a very comfortable equipped kitchen, decorated with taste and a lot of freshness. It also has a double room en suite, with its own bathroom and another single room with the option of 2 beds and a bathroom in the corridor.
The neighborhood is a coastal neighborhood, where you can enjoy the beach, walks through the marina, walks along the coast where we find restaurants, cafes with sea views and shops of all kinds. It is a wonderful place, with a lot of character and Majorcan style.
We recommend renting a car to be able to enjoy the island comfortably.
