Accommodation
Description
Fantastic apartment for 6 people on the beachfront in Puerto de Alcúdia, with direct access to one of the best beaches in the area. Comfortable apartment with sea views from the living/dining room. It is bright and perfect for a family holiday.
The apartment has two floors. On the first floor you will find the living and dining room, this main floor has a covered terrace with large windows with unobstructed sea views. On the same floor you have the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
The hallway leads to two of the three bedrooms, both have access to a small balcony. In the same corridor there is a bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor, with access by a spiral staircase. There are two single beds and a fully equipped bathroom.
The garden for our guests is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and from there, you can access the beach directly.
The apartment is set with air conditioners and heat pump as heating, in all the bedrooms.
Guests can access to the entire property easily with a keybox system where we leave the keys to get to the property by themselves. The location of this property and the way to access to the beach to enjoy it, it is a PLUS if you want to make the most of the beach.
The accommodation also has an area for CYCLING lovers, that is why we have categorized this property as 'Cycling Home', where our guests can condition and keep their bicycles safe during their stay.

*Electricity consumption IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF the Reservation. Electricity will be charged separately, and charged in CASH, on the day of check-out at 0.35€ Kw/h.
*PAYMENT of BALEARIC TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this Tax is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival the tourist tax demanded by the Balearic Government will be charged to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is intended for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism.
The fee for this tax in "high season" is 2.20 euros per night, per adult (Young people from the age of 16, are counted as adults, therefore they pay Ecotasa.)
In "low season" the Ecotasa has a significant reduction : it is 0.55 euros per night per adult.
For stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will apply on the following days of stay.
-High season (1 May-31 October) 2,20€
from the 9th night: 1.10€ x adult x night.
-Low season (1 November-30 April) 0.55€, from the 9th night: 0.275€ x adult x night.
Ecotasa will be paid in CASH at arrival.

Der Service von 25sweet dreams war SEHR GUT! Die Wohnung selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollten dringend wieder einmal ein paar (sanfte) Renovationen durchgeführt werden. Insbesondere die schlechte Gerüche welchen man nur mit Hilfe von künstlichen Düften beizukommen vermag sollten verschwinden. Für eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist die Küche nicht ausreichend ausgestattet (z.B. nur 4 Tee-Löffel). Der Klodeckel ist bestimmt über 30 Jahre alt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig (man bekommt mit wenn die Nachbaren Musik hören, sprechen, etc.). Leider hat es nach vorne zum Meer nur einen Wintergarten und keine richtigen Balkon. Positiv ist tatsächlich vor allem die traumhafte Lage der Wohnung mit eigenem Garten und nur wenig Schritten bis zum Meer.
