Description
Ca na Rosa is a Mallorcan house with private pool, mountain views and fully equipped for 6 people. The detached house has central heating and air conditioning, three double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms one of them en suite, very comfortable living room with television that has a satellite channel, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. It also has spectacular barbecue by the pool.
The house is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Selva, with two independent entrances one located on the top floor, contains a detached house of 140 square meters, the equipment of the same in perfect condition, central heating and air conditioning, with three double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms one of them en suite, very comfortable living room with television that has a satellite channel, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, with fridge, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, espresso maker, coffee maker filter, kettle etc.
In front, an ideal terrace for reading afternoons accompanied by a good coffee. The rear has a large terrace overlooking the garden and lawn of about 700 square meters, where the pool is located. From this terrace you can see views towards the mountains where you can see the pine forests, olive trees and other vegetation.
Next to the saline chlorination pool, measuring 9.5 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, is an outdoor shower, with six sun loungers and a spacious porch with barbecue, tables, chairs and a sofa along with a pantry with electric fridge and utensils for breakfast and dinner.
The services of bakery, cafeteria, supermarket and restaurants are within a kilometer radius.
* PAYMENT TOURISM BALEARES “ECOTASA” (not included in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests that they decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that upon arrival the tourist tax (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism. The fee for this tax is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax) until the ninth night of stay, then a discount of 50% is applied in the following days (€ 1.10). This is in "high season", but in "low season" a reduction will be applied, € 0.55 per night will be charged, per night, per adult up to the ninth night of stay, applying the following days a 50% discount (€ 0.275) .
The Turist tax will be paid in CASH.

Ca na Rosa is a comfortable and well equipped property inside and out.
It’s very much a ‘home from home’.
Just a short stroll into Selva where there are a few places to eat / drink , a bakery , chemist & supermarket.
Plenty to see and do withinsee more
