Description
Villa Ensueño d’Alcanada is a villa located in the Luxurious urbanization of Aucanada just 150 meters from the sea, the quietest beaches and coves in the area. It has four rooms, a private swimming pool and large terraces with wonderful sea views.
It is located just 5 minutes by car from the commercial center of Puerto de Alcudia with its wonderful and extensive beaches.
On the main floor, we find the living room with access to a large furnished terrace with sea views and a recently renovated and fully equipped modern kitchen. On the same floor there is a small toilet for daily use and a double room.
You will find the other rooms on the first floor. There are three double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace from where you can see the sea and the pool located on the lower floor of the house.
The 7.5X4.5 meter swimming pool is surrounded by a small garden area and a terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the sea.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning, the living-room has no A/C although since the property is so close to the sea, the atmosphere is a fresh and natural environment.
The sea is 100 meters from the house, with small stone coves that can be accessed from a small dirt road next to the sea.
Less than 1 km away is the Golf de Alcanada and the stone beaches surrounded by trees in front of the Lighthouse, ideal for spending evenings with the family. These beaches are chosen for their calm waters for activities such as paddle surfing, kayaking or scuba diving.
Beyond the Lighthouse you can start hiking trails that reach the top of Sa Talaia, Sa Cova Tancada, Coll Baix beach even the beaches of Isla de La Victoria.
The accommodation also has an area for CYCLING lovers, that is why we have categorized this property as 'Cycling Home', where our guests can condition and keep their bicycles safe during their stay.
EXTRAS EXPENSES:
-Deposit of €500, charged by credit card or cash and will be returned within 7 days after departure.
-Electricity: Electricity consumption will be charged at 0.35 Kw / h at check-out. Electricity Consumption per week can vary depending on consumption.
-Heating: The heating service in the winter months is subject to the guest's request, it consist on € 30 iper day of stay. This will be charged for the fuel required to turn on the boiler.
-For the use of the Barbecue / Grill, the bottle of Butane will be charged at € 25.00 per stay.
- PAYMENT TASA TURISTICA BALEARES "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival, We will charge the ECOTASA demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In "low season" the ecotax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20,
from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
The Ecotax will be paid in CASH.
