Description
Can Màndol Deluxe is a luxurious colonial style villa in a large area of Inca. If you want a vacation in a comfortable place, close to everything, in the center of the Island and with the feeling of being in a secluded and quiet villa, this is your place. By having such a large extension of garden, with all the vegetation, its trees and palm trees, it gives the feeling of being in a heavenly and different place.
The villa is a 24-minute drive from the sandy beach and about 30 minutes from Palma.
You can access the Villa through the main entrance or through the back that faces the other street to enter the cars.
If we enter through the main entrance we go up some stairs, because the house is a little higher than the street. On this floor we have the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and 2 bedrooms en suite, through the kitchen we can go outside where we have a spectacular terrace with outdoor furniture, views of the large garden and all its natural beauty, it is one of the best areas of the town, since being in that place gives the feeling that we are in a different place. A little further into the garden we have another covered area called (barbecue area) where we have another kitchen, living room and a bathroom. This is near the big pool.
Returning to the interior of the house and going up some stairs we have 2 more rooms en suite. Each room has its own bathroom, its air conditioning and heating system.
All the construction and furniture of this villa is made and decorated with quality materials.
Guests will be able to access the entire villa and enjoy the space.
We will be available for whatever you need during your stay, we will be there to check-in and check-out and help you with whatever you need.
*Electricity consumption will be charged at 0.32 Kw / h at check-out. The cost of electricity per week can vary depending on consumption around € 30 per day.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500,00€ (Payment by Credit Card)
* PAYMENT TOURIST TAX : "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands that, on arrival the tourist tax will be charged. Ecotasa is demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In "low season" the ecotax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20,
from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
