Description
Villa Can Vernissa is a Mallorcan style villa for 10 people, it is prepared for tourist accommodation, taking care of even the smallest detail for the comfort and well-being of the guest.
It is located between Santa Margarita and the coastal area of Ca´n Picafort in the north of the island. A very quiet area and a few minutes from the beach by car. The villa is decorated with Mallorcan style and materials from the area, thus integrating itself into the place and its surroundings, without missing the smallest detail.
The villa of 501m2 of construction, has a spacious living room, a dining room, a very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, designed to feel at all times the feeling of being on vacation. It has 5 bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and all the necessities and also 3 full bathrooms with bathtubs.
Both, the living room and all the rooms have air conditioning and heat pump machines installed, to have the estimated temperature whatever the season of the year.
Outside we have a terrace with a garden of about 3,500m2, where there is a swimmingpool of 10x4 m and 1.5 m deep. Next to the pool and all the outdoor furniture, you can enjoy a fully equipped built-in barbecue and a table with chairs to enjoy lunch, dinner and snacks on the warm summer days and nights of Mallorca. Next to the barbecue there is another complete exterior bathroom. For the youngest members of the family, the house has a slide and also a large ping pong table to enjoy playing with the family.
The villa located on the outskirts of town, is differentiated by its tranquility and its views of the fields and mountains of Mallorca.
The villa is in the countryside and surrounded by nature, about 3.5 km from the beach (5 minutes by car).
Car is the most recommended because it is far from the town and the villa has parking for several vehicles.
Places of interest: Beach 5 minutes by car, Supermarket 5 minutes by car, on arrival at Ca´n Picafort, nearest Golf Aucanada 12 km, nearest restaurant Arco Iris 2.6 km, train station in Muro 6, 8 km.
The cost of electricity consumption is not included in the price of the stay. It will be paid at check-out according to consumption. It will be paid at € 0.27 Kw / h, approximately € 12 per day *.
A deposit of € 500 will be charged at check-in and will be returned on the day of check-out.
The property is adapted with the seal of (CYCLING HOME) for CYCLING lovers, it has an area to store bicycles, to set them up with all the necessary tools, a bench to hold and lift them, a tire inflation pump, we also have an area to clean them.

* PAYMENT BALEARIC TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival, We will charged (Ecotasa ) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In "low season" the ecotax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1 x adult x night.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night.
