Description
"Villa Luxury Binibona", is an idyllic semi-detached villa with 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms and 264 m2 on its two floors. It is a House suitable for 6 adults + 1 baby * with the option of adding a few more guests, since it has a sofa bed as an extra bed.
This spacious and bright house, completely renovated, with very modern and stylish furniture, has an open living room with access to a terrace with impressive views of the beautiful Selva Valley, SMART flat screen TV, and with air conditioning system and pump ducted heat.
On the ground floor, we find 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles. The first of them is located at the entrance of the house and is a spacious bedroom with a double bed of about 1.80x2.00m, with its own desk, TV and DVD player with movies, and the addition of a Billiard table that at the same time it becomes an Air Hockey table. In front of this room we have a complete bathroom with a shower.
Next we have the 2 single rooms with 1.10x2.00 m beds, which also have built-in wardrobes and their respective desks. Next to these bedrooms there is another large and complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
On the upper floor, there is the main bedroom with a King Size double bed 2.00x2.00m, with built-in wardrobes and its complete bathroom en suite. It is on the same floor that we have the spacious living room with a sofa and armchairs harmonizing this common area, where we can enjoy its SMART TV, with access to the main terrace of the house of about 16m2 with unique views.
Following the living room, we have a dining room with its furniture and an open kitchen, with access to the backyard; Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen is a spacious and bright space where you can enjoy culinary art. Our guests have an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 induction plates, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, 2-door refrigerator with freezer, electric coffee maker, kitchen island, It has everything you need and more to be able to use the same and feel at home when cooking.
From the kitchen we have windows that lead us to the backyard of about 60m2, which is covered with a porch where our guests can enjoy the outdoor furniture to share breakfast, lunch and barbecues with family or friends near the pool. The charcoal barbecue is located in the same area. It is on the outside of the property that we have the utility room and there is also a full bathroom with a shower next to it.
The measurements of the private pool (de Sal) are 7x4m, and the depth is from 1.10m to 1.70m. Our guests also have sun loungers. Also the accommodation has: washing machine, iron, high chair, cot, hair dryer. Internet (Wi-Fi, free). Outdoor parking spaces for 3 cars.
